The interface was optimized for mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless device experience. Sketch for an iWatch App. I proposed a "Game Day" concept for Papa John's, a timely reminder prompting customers to order delivery before their favorite sporting events, ensuring food arrives just as the game begins.
Sketch for the Quiet Store Concept. To improve the customer experience, I proposed a concept for Papa John's that separates the noisy kitchen with a glass wall. Customers would retrieve their order from a warming drawer after scanning a code at a kiosk, which could also be used to purchase additional items.
Makeline Instructional Video. I developed an animated instructional video concept for Papa John's that visually guides employees through pizza recipes. This solution addressed the lack of dedicated training resources in stores and provided valuable data for inventory management.

Feedback Loop. The Wawa Design Thinking workshop demonstrated the power of collaborative innovation. Our exploration of customer loyalty resulted in transformative solutions, like the mobile loyalty prototype. We are confident that our work with Wawa will benefit both the company and its customers.
Design Sketch. We conducted guerilla user testing of innovative ordering kiosk mock-ups with Wawa customers. Their feedback directly informed daily prototype updates, resulting in informative and insightful sessions.
Sketch Wawa Kiosks. These prototypes envision a future Wawa kiosk that accepts digital payments, places orders, tracks purchase history, and incorporates a loyalty program with rewards and personalized recommendations. This design upgrades the existing non-transactional kiosks.
Paper Prototypes. Updated in a progression based on input from daily guerilla user interviews facilitated within stores in Philadelphia PA and the surrounding area.
The final screen design for the updated Wawa kiosk incorporates the company’s branding and features a modern card motif. The client provided the colors and imagery.
